  1. The App is an offline drawing tool. It does not require you to register an account and does not collect your personally identifiable information.
  2. Your drawings and project files are stored only in your device's local storage and are not uploaded to any server.
  3. When you use the following features, the App requests the corresponding permissions:
    • Save/export artwork: requires access to gallery or storage permission
    • Import images: requires access to gallery or files permission
    • Import images from URL: requires network permission
    • Copy/paste images: requires access to the clipboard

2. Use of Information

  1. The App only accesses the gallery, files, and clipboard when you actively perform an action, for importing or exporting images.
  2. When importing images from a URL, a network request is made only during that operation, with no background data transmission.
  3. The App does not collect, store, or share any user personal data.

3. Information Storage and Security

  1. Your drawings and settings are stored only on the device locally and are not uploaded to the cloud.
  2. The App takes reasonable technical measures to protect the security of your local data.

4. Third-Party Services

  1. The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
  2. It does not contain any third-party data collection services.

5. Children's Privacy

  1. The App is suitable for users of all ages.
  2. It does not collect any personal information from children.

6. Policy Updates

  1. The App may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
  2. The updated policy will be displayed within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Welcome to Drawly. Please read the following agreement carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

  1. Drawly is an offline drawing tool app.
  2. It provides features such as drawing, layer management, fill, shape recognition, image import, and artwork export.

2. User Conduct

  1. You must use the App lawfully and may not use it to create illegal or infringing content.
  2. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
  3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the App.

3. Intellectual Property

  1. The App's source code, interface design, icons, and other assets are owned by the developer.
  2. The copyright of artworks you create using the App belongs to you.
  3. Open-source libraries used by the App are subject to their respective open-source licenses.

4. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided "as is" and is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the App.
  2. The App is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, system compatibility issues, etc.
